Erin Doumert | Highly Skilled Trauma Practitioner
I provide a nurturing and supportive space for individuals struggling with nervous system dysregulation to feel safe and at home in their body. As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, I offer tools and support to help you heal, rebuild trust, and find inner peace.
What sets me apart from other trauma practitioners is my holistic approach - it's not just about nervous system regulation; it includes inner child work, boundary setting, shadow work, and connecting with different aspects of yourself. It's about embracing and loving all parts of who you are, ultimately becoming friends with yourself.
In my practice, I uphold values of creating a safe, nurturing, and confidential space where clients can freely express their true authentic selves, free from judgment.
