Let’s work together
Together we will be working on a uniquely curated integration process that is specific to your healing. You will be guided through Somatic Experiencing trauma healing. And addressing what you’re processing from your psychedelic experience.
Understanding the Indoctrination: The first step to breaking free from religious trauma is to understand the ways in which you were indoctrinated. This means examining the beliefs and practices that you were taught, as well as the ways in which those beliefs were reinforced by your family, community, or religious organization. It can also mean examining the emotional and psychological manipulation that may have been used to control your thoughts and behavior.
Deconstructing the Old Belief System: Once you have a clear understanding of the indoctrination, you can begin to deconstruct the old belief system. This means questioning and examining the beliefs that you were taught, and identifying the ways in which they may no longer serve you. It can be helpful to seek out alternative perspectives and information, and to talk with others who have gone through similar experiences.
Creating a New Belief System: As you deconstruct the old belief system, you can begin to create a new belief system that aligns with your values, experiences, and goals. This might involve incorporating elements from other belief systems, or creating something entirely new. The important thing is to approach this process with curiosity and openness, rather than trying to force yourself to believe something that doesn't feel true for you.
Examining How Old Beliefs Hold You Back: As you work through the process of deconstructing and reconstructing your belief system, it's important to examine the ways in which old beliefs may be holding you back. This could include beliefs about yourself, others, or the world that no longer serve you. By identifying these beliefs, you can begin to challenge and change them.
Healing Trauma Responses: Religious trauma can often manifest as physical symptoms or trauma responses in the body. This is why it's important to give your body a safe environment to heal. This might involve engaging in self-care practices, seeking out therapy or other forms of support, or exploring alternative healing modalities such as meditation or yoga. By giving your body the support it needs to heal, you can begin to overcome the trauma responses that may be holding you back.
